I am so pleased to have found an amazing venue set in the beautiful North Wales countryside. The day promises to give you the space to connect with yourself and remember why you are so awesome!! As well as the wonderful Yoga sessions I will share my knowledge as a certified Wellness Coach on how we can learn to love ourselves more. The setting was perfect, including the violinist. The day was brilliantly planned out, time for yoga and time for reflection. As usual Polly was an excellent yoga instructor. Loved the added bonus of a facial massage. Definitely would go again.
