This lovely relaxing session allows you to take a reset. During this restful practice you will slow down and take time to open your body through passive stretching.
This is suitable for all levels. Restorative yoga is a restful practice that holds yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasises the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind.
Following from the yoga the session then leads onto an extended guided meditation.
You will leave fully relaxed and at ease.
