Exercise is so important to maintain a healthy lifestyle, this is true still when pregnant. Keeping active during your pregnancy can help decrease your risk of gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, and cesarean birth. Continuing exercise throughout your pregnancy helps promotes healthy weight gain whilst improving your overall fitness and strengthening your heart and blood vessels. Being physically active can also help you to lose the baby weight after your baby is born.

I’ve only started yoga since becoming pregnant and wish I had tried it sooner. I find Polly’s session so beneficial, it gives me 45 minutes of quiet headspace whilst stretching and focusing on my breathing. I strongly recommend Polly’s yoga classes to any expectant mum. She always provides a lovely calm session in a relaxed environment. Thanks Polly xx
