Exercise is so important to maintain a healthy lifestyle, this is true still when pregnant. Keeping active during your pregnancy can help decrease your risk of gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, and cesarean birth. Continuing exercise throughout your pregnancy helps promotes healthy weight gain whilst improving your overall fitness and strengthening your heart and blood vessels. Being physically active can also help you to lose the baby weight after your baby is born.

I've really enjoyed the pregnancy yoga classes. Polly is very welcoming and her classes have a really relaxed atmosphere. Every week we do a different flow and work on different areas affected by pregnancy. Polly provides lots of modifications for poses to suit all levels and stages of pregnancy.
